About the Venue and Hotel

TakeOff North America 2021 will take place at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center on 1-3 November.

Located in downtown Baton Rouge on the banks of the Mississippi River, Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center is just 8 miles from the airport, making it an ideal, convenient location for this year's event. Enjoy a morning workout in the modern fitness centre or take a swim in the outdoor pool and relax on the deck with stunning views overlooking the river and downtown Baton Rouge.

As both the event venue and official hotel, the Hilton Baton Rouge will provide delegates with a convenient and comfortable stay, allowing you to minimise travel during your time in the city. 

Louisiana has a mask mandate requiring all delegates to wear a face-covering whilst in any public area of the hotel. You will not be required to wear your mask during private meetings. Our staff will wear a face covering as long as the mandate is in effect.

Event Transfers

The Hilton Baton Rouge offers airport transfers every 30 minutes from departures. Return transfers can be booked via the hotel reception.
