Osijek Airport

Osijek is the regional centre of Slavonia. Known for its wine, its river fish and its endless cornfields, unsung corner of what locals refer to as Continental Croatia.

Osijek Airport is an under-utilised airport in a strategic location in eastern Croatia with an opportunity to grow traffic from a core catchments area of approximately 1.8 million and much wider secondary catchments of approximately 4 million which extends into the countries of Serbia, Hungary and Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Business, tourism and visiting friends and family are developing markets in the area with little alternative airport competition.

The Airport has excellent infrastructure, a result of post war Government investment and is looking to capitalise on the development opportunities and growing propensity to travel.

There is currently minimal competition from other airports.

This year we introduced direct scheduled international routes for the first time ever. "New era" for Osijek Airport just began, supported with enhancement development strategy, marketing support for airlines and building long turn relationship as well as with win-win partnership.
