Meetings form the core of Routes events. Airport and tourism delegates, who register as a meetings delegate, can submit their airline requests in 2026. Exact dates for the meeting system opening will be provided soon.

What is the dress code for Routes Europe?
We recommend business attire for the three business days of Routes Europe. For the Welcome Reception and Networking evening, we recommend smart casual attire.
How do I gain access to Routes Europe 2026?
You will need your delegate badge to gain access to the event, including all Networking Events, at Routes Europe 2026.
You will receive your Delegate Badge Voucher a few days before the event via email from routeseventregistration@informa.com You will need to print your Delegate Badge Voucher, or have the barcode ready to scan, to collect your badge.
Badge Collection will be open on Sunday 17 May at the Event Venue and Welcome Reception.
If you are joining us later you can collect your badge at the Event Venue from 8am on Monday 18 April. For more information view the event programme.
Who will be at Routes Europe 2026?
Airlines, Airports, Tourism Authorities, Industry Suppliers and Economic Development Agencies from across the region and beyond will be at Routes Europe 2026.
What food and drink can I expect at Routes Europe 2026?
During the event days. there will be various food options available. During breaks, snacks and drinks will be provided in the hosted seating areas. During lunch, there will be hot and cold options as well as drinks.
During the Welcome Reception, you can expect canapes and drinks.
During the Networking Evening, you can expect a buffet and drinks.
Hotels and Travel
How do I book accommodation for this year's event?
Delegates can compare and sort hotels by distance, price and TripAdvisor rating on our dedicated webpage, hosted by our official hotel provider, HotelMap. Official Hotels in Rimini will be available soon.
Are there Airport and Event Transfers available?
Yes, there will be Airport and Event Transfers available to and from all Official Hotels and event venues. They are currently being finalised by the team. Our travel and hotel form will soon be available to complete, which will help us plan airport and networking evening transfers.

When and how can I request meetings?
The opening dates for the Meeting Request System will be communicated to registered delegates in 2026. Routes 360 members, exhibitors and sponsors can request meetings one week in advance of other attendees.

2. Meetings are more than presenting information, they are about building relationships.

What are the networking opportunities during the event?
There are networking sessions and opportunities throughout the event days, including the Welcome Reception and Networking Evening. You can find the full schedule in our event programme
Where are the Networking Events?
The Welcome Reception will take place on 17 May, ahead of the first day of the event.
The Networking Evening will take place on 19 May, venue TBC.
Transfers will be available for the Networking Evening. More information about the events can be found here.

Do you need to book a place at the conference sessions?
No, you do not need to book to attend any of our conference sessions. You can freely turn up to any sessions you wish to see.
Who will be at the conference?
Many key leaders and decision-makers will be speaking at Routes Europe 2026. Previous speakers include CEO of Vueling Airlines, Carolina Martinoli, Founder and CEO of Volotea, Carlos Muñoz, and VP of Network Development at airBatlic, Mantas Vrubliauskas. The Routes Europe 2026 conference programme will be available soon.
App
Where can I find the Routes App?
The Routes Event App for Routes Europe 2026 will be available in March 2026. Once you have logged into the app, download Routes Europe 2026 to start your access to the latest event.
How do I log into the Routes App?
To gain access, you will be sent an email inviting you to log in. This email contains your Access Code which you will need to set up your account, once you have entered your email. Once you have made an account, select Routes Europe 2026 to access the event app. If you are asked for a password when you enter your email and cannot remember it, you can easily request to reset your password. Please note that your App Access Code is not the same at your PRC code.
