Ian Malin

Chief Financial Officer, Wizz Air

Ian joined Wizz Air in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and has since played a pivotal role in enhancing our financial discipline, refining decision-making frameworks, and supporting long-term strategic planning. Prior to joining Wizz Air, Ian has accumulated over 25 years of experience in aviation, finance, and commercial leadership. His career includes senior positions such as Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer at Unical Aviation, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer at AJW Group, and Senior Vice President at Seabury Aviation & Aerospace. Ian began his career in finance roles at the Allco Finance Group and KPMG. Ian holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a dual Bachelor of Arts in German Studies and Geography from Middlebury College

Eszter Rozsahegyi

Head of Airport Development for West and South, Wizz Air

Eszter Rozsahegyi currently holds the role of Head of Airport Development for West and South at the Wizz Air Group. She joined the company in 2015 and has since held various positions in Ground Operations, Strategic Procurement, Airport Development, and OCC. In January 2025, she was promoted to her current role, where she oversees aviation business development, airport and tourism board relationships, and airport cost strategy and budget management for a fleet of over 140 aircraft of Wizz Air’s 260-aircraft fleet. Prior to joining Wizz Air, Eszter worked in various roles at Menzies Aviation. Eszter has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English studies from Pazmany Peter Catholic University of Hungary and a diploma in Executive Leadership from the University of Oxford.

Andras Szabo

Network Officer, Wizz Air

Andras Szabo joined Wizz Air in 2016 and currently holds the position of Network Officer, overseeing the Group's Network strategy and development, Scheduling, Slots and Airport development functions. During his tenure at Wizz Air he held various commercial and financial roles, including Head of Fleet Acquisition and Head of Network. Before joining Wizz Air he gained experience at Deloitte Central Europe in the fields of M&A Advisory and Corporate finance. Mr. Szabo holds a Master's degree in Finance, as well as Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and in International Business, each from Corvinus University of Budapest.
