The Visa Invitation letter request process is now open for Routes Americas 2017.
US Citizens do not need a visa to travel to the USA and will only need official Government proof such as a driver’s license to enter the country.
For all other visitors it may be necessary to obtain a visa to enter the USA. The US Government introduced The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) which allows citizens of specific countries travel to the United States for tourism, business, or while in transit for up to 90 days without having to obtain a visa. These citizens must register online through the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) prior to their trip to the USA. There is no additional fee for this application.
Currently, 38 countries participate in the Visa Waiver Program, as shown below:

Visa Invitation Letter
In addition to the visa application form, relevant fees and photos may be required; embassies may also require a letter of invitation from the inviting company. Should you require such document from our host Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, please complete the electronic request form in full ensuring accuracy throughout.
Most embassies and consulates accept a scanned copy of the invitation letter and therefore Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority will issue the letters to applicants via email as an attachment. If your embassy or consulate does not accept an electronic copy, please select an alternative format in the ‘Format Options’ section of the request form.
