Health and Safety

World Routes will be organised to the highest levels of safety and hygiene, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all delegates.

We encourage all attendees to remain cautious, adhering to social distancing and enhanced hygiene processes at all times. Please note that temperature checks will be taken upon entry and enhanced cleaning, including a daily sanitised fog clean, will take place throughout the event.

Face Coverings

Face masks are mandatory for all delegates. Please ensure you wear your face mask or covering at all times whilst inside the event venue and networking venues.


COVID-19 Testing

Testing available onsite:

  • The price for a rapid test is €20,00 with results in 15mins (this is sufficient for entry).
  • PCR testing is also available. 

Exit the venue through loading bay doors 11 behind Airline Meeting Hall A and speak to a member of the testing team for more information. 

We are currently reconfirming arrangements for the PCR testing at the venue. More information to follow. Please speak to a member of the Routes team on the Information Zone if you have any urgent questions. 

Airport COVID-19 testing:

  • Bergamo Airport 
  • Linate Airport
  • Malpensa Airport: Rapid antigenic and molecular PCR tests are available every day from 5:30 am to 10pm. Located inside  Terminal 1 in the arrival area, next to door 4.

Delegates travelling to Milan for World Routes that are staying in the country for less than five days are exempt from quarantine under current guidelines restrictions. Find out more.
