Venues for both the Welcome Reception and Networking Evening will be released shortly.
Will there be transfers to the networking locations?
Transfers will be available from Official Hotels to both the Welcome Reception and Networking Evening. Please submit your flight and hotel details via our online form. This information is required to inform the Intra-event Transfer arrangements for Routes Europe 2026.
Who can attend the networking events?
Networking events are free to attend for all Routes Europe 2026 delegates. Sessions such as networking breaks, lunches and Exhibitor Networking will take place in the event venue and are easy to access between meetings and conference sessions.
For the Welcome Reception and Networking Evening, you will need your delegate badge to gain access.
When do the Routes Awards take place?
