PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for all visa applications is Thursday 27 February 2020.
PLEASE NOTE: For delegates expecting to obtain a visa on arrival in Thailand, please be aware there is usually a long queue at the airport. We highly recommend that delegates get a visa stamped in their home country instead as this will avoid queues and also remove the risk of missing a connecting flight.
The Visa Invitation Letter request process is now open for Routes Asia 2020.
Please check with your local embassy or consulate for the rules specific to your country as some delegates may require further documentation to support their visa application.

Visa Invitation Letter
Please complete the electronic request form below in full ensuring accuracy throughout as changes to any application will face delays in processing times. Once we receive your application, the host will prepare your visa invitation letter based on the information that you provide and address it to your visa issuing authority.
Most embassies and consulates accept a scanned copy of the invitation letter and therefore this will be issued as a PDF file via email. If your embassy or consulate does not accept an electronic copy, please select an alternative format in the ‘Format Options’ section of the request form.
Please note – invitation letters will only be issued to individuals already registered to attend the event. Should you have any questions relating to visas or the visa invitation letter procedure please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
